Digi-Church is a cloud-based church management system developed and owned by DIGISYSTEMS Company. This document outlines the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that govern your access to and use of Digi-Church. By accessing or using Digi-Church, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Access & Subscription Policy
Digi-Church is not available for public or free access. A limited-time demo account may be provided to church representatives for evaluation purposes, valid for a maximum of 24 hours from the time of registration. After this period, access to the platform will be revoked unless a paid subscription is activated.
Each church account is subscription-based. If the subscription is not renewed by the church’s administrator, access for all users (including pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and congregation members) will be fully restricted. DigiSystems is not liable for disruption or inconvenience caused by expired subscriptions.
It is the sole responsibility of the church administrator to keep the subscription active. DigiSystems is not obligated to send reminders or extend grace periods.
3. Terms of Use
- Only authorized individuals may access the platform using their assigned login credentials.
- Use of Digi-Church must be for legitimate church administrative, communication, and community purposes.
- Misuse, data tampering, unauthorized access, or attempts to reverse-engineer the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
- DigiSystems reserves the right to revoke access without prior notice for violations of these terms.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
DigiSystems Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Digi-Church, including but not limited to data loss, communication failure, or disruptions caused by subscription expiration or administrative oversight.
Users agree to use Digi-Church “as is” and “as available.” Service interruptions, feature updates, or access issues may occur without prior notice. DigiSystems is not responsible for legal claims or damages resulting from such events.
By using Digi-Church, you waive any right to pursue legal action against DigiSystems related to service disruptions or account restrictions tied to non-renewal.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is a priority. Here's how Digi-Church manages your data:
- Information We Collect: Church name, administrator and staff details, contact info, member records, donation history, and login activity.
- Purpose of Collection: This data enables administrative tasks such as event coordination, communication, donation tracking, and member management.
- Data Retention: All data is securely stored and retained only for the duration necessary for operations or as required by law.
- Third-Party Sharing: DigiSystems does not sell or share church data with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by the church.
- Cookies: Session and analytics cookies may be used to improve performance and user experience.
- Security: We apply industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect user data and ensure confidentiality.
Google reCAPTCHA: Digi-Church integrates Google reCAPTCHA to protect against bots and spam. This tool collects certain user and device information per Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Payments: Subscription payments may be processed through third-party providers like Paystack. DigiSystems does not store payment card details. Payment processing is governed by the provider’s policies.
Manual Payments: Churches may choose to pay via direct bank transfer. Verification can take up to 24 hours. Access will be activated upon confirmation of receipt.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users must submit accurate registration information and update it as needed.
- Credentials must be kept secure. Sharing passwords is prohibited.
- Users must not perform any actions that compromise the platform’s integrity, including malware injection or unauthorized access.
- Users agree to operate within legal and ethical boundaries in using Digi-Church.
7. Legal Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiSystems Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of Digi-Church, violation of terms, or breach of any applicable laws.
8. Amendments & Notifications
DigiSystems may update these Terms & Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted. Users will be informed of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
Digi-Church utilizes trusted third-party services to enhance functionality and security:
- Google reCAPTCHA: Used to prevent spam and bot activity.
- Paystack: Processes online payments securely for subscriptions and services.
- Manual Payments: Supports bank transfers, manually verified before activation.
Use of Digi-Church constitutes your agreement to the terms and policies of these services.
